Pricing & Maintaining Your Website
When it comes to designing and building websites, there is no “One size fits all” pricing formula. In order to accurately quote a price to build your website, we will need to sit down together and plan out what you want your website to look like, what features you want, what types of functionality you’d like, etc. Please visit our Contact page and fill out the short form or contact us directly.
Once we have a game plan for building your site, we’ll need to register your domain name (www.yourbusiness.com) and set up hosting (where all of your files live). All of our packages include (1) free domain name*, hosting and regular maintenance as described below. These packages are in addition to the cost of building your website.
For more information or to purchase any of our maintenance plans or have a website evaluation done, click the button below.
*additional domain names are billed at $19.99 per year, per domain name.
**included hours may be used at any time throughout the specified time period as stated in each plan description and in any increments. Unused hours are forfeited and may not be carried over. Additional billable hours are billed in one hour increments. (don’t worry, we won’t charge you another hour if we go over by just a few minutes).
Maintenance service and billing cycles begin on the first of the month following the date of purchase. All plans reset on January 1st of each year with billing taking place on November 15th. Any amount that you “overpaid” on your initial purchase, will be deducted from your invoice for your second year. Ex. – if you purchase the Pro Plan for $948 on April 17, 2017, your services would begin on May 1, 2017. You would be billed for 2018 on November 15, 2017. Your invoice would reflect the 4 unused months in 2017 and you would only be billed $632 (8 months) for 2018. Then regular payments would cycle every year thereafter. All payments for services are non-refundable. Therefor, if you choose to cancel your services with us at any point throughout the year, any unused portion of the yearly payment will be forfeited.
